I'm having the same problem in my attempt to reconcile an account. The program is showing the transactions I've entered into the account, but it is not letting me access the opening balance box in the statement view so I can achieve a balanced reconciliation. Help please :)

We can't work out this one, you need to try clicking a few times and eventually it works. It is being investigated.

    Thank you

Thanks, Karen - it worked! I'm guessing that after the accounts are established and initially reconciled, I won't have to push any balances into the statement function. I'll keep pressing until it recognizes that I'm knocking on the door :) <br/>Do wish for one thing though. When an account is highlighted, I'm dreaming of a shortcut to begin the enter transaction process. That function plus sign seems so far away sometimes. Thank you so much for your prompt response! Try 'CMD =' when the last transaction entered is active.....
