Easy data restored under passcodes?
My iPhone 3G is corrupted due to water. The devise was not
synced via iTunes in 4 months. Lots of additional easy data in 4
months. No data transferred via iCloud, reading the articles has
explained why only the app itself appears on my iPad, but no data.
I did not purchase the online sync portion of the app so no backup
occurred through this process. Apple techs are suggesting that Easy
has some storage via the passcodes that could be accessed to
restore the lost data. Is this possible?
Once I get past this issue of restoring or re-entering the data
since my last iTunes sync, is there a way to printout or email the
data to the CPA who does not have the Easy app... How do I share
the data with others?
Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm very sorry that this has happened. I really do recommend regular backups and we do offer a syncing service which gives continuous online backup, which is a really good safeguard against these issues.
For security reasons we would never store your information without your knowledge, so I'm sorry I can't help.
You can send data and export it to send to other people, using the reports, you can also use sharing, as part of the sync service, this is especially useful for Accountants and bookkeepers.

Thanks for the response.
Are you saying that the only means for sharing/forwarding Easy data is through the online sync process?
Or is there some other means to forward the data such as email or copy as PDF or print from ITunes backup??

Yes, you can run backup on the app, or run backups to dropbox. You can also restore your phone from iTunes. This would be the advice Apple should have given you first, which was what I assumed, I'm sorry I missed that out.

How do you run backups to the app? I have not seen this option in the app. Please advise. Thank you
