Lost Data
Help I am desperate!! In trying to share my Easy Books data from my original I pad to my new I pad mini. ALL data has been lost while trying to sync!!! I backed up to I tunes before this attempt to share and there is no data there. The information must be on your server. PLEASE tell me how I can reach you to recover this data.

We've had a look at the info online and none of the backups are older than 1 day 18 hours ago.
What might have happened is that you uploaded the blank copy instead of downloading the data copy.
You can restore the whole device from iTunes if you have used their backup, this would be the only way. To restore from iTunes, plug in the device, right click on it in iTunes and select 'restore from backup'.
