adademaurier@aol.com sync
Hello, I contacted you last week regarding data that was lost under the account [email blocked]. Karen returned my email and stated that the only way to recover that information was if I had backed up to I Tunes. Apparently, the back up did not register. Shouldn't that data be held on your server somewhere? That was several years of bookkeeping that has been lost. Surely there is something that can be done??? Please return my email asap. We are desperate.
Thank you,
Heidi

Yes, the only occasion in which data is held on our server, is if you sign up and agree for us to do so, you need to sign up for the sync service, then you can have continuous online backup in the event that you delete or lose the data. However you do need to sync, so that the service has a copy. Do you have any other sync accounts? The account we have looks like it was created after the data was lost.
You can also get data from any backups that you make separate to the sync service, which we recommend on a regular and frequent basis. Did you have any backups you could go back to?
Karen
