easy books wont load up?

Hi iv recently been playing around with the easybooks and loved it so i decided to buy the full package and now after i closed it down to reset my mac it wont open back up again. well the books appear in my dock but when i go to click on it there is nothing else to open????

???Confused ???

    What happens when you click on the app in the dock? Does the app launch?

    Hi, the same thing has just happened to me.
    Ive had easybooks on my ipad, macbook and imac for about a year with no problems.
    Yesterday i clicked on EB on my iMac as normal but it does not show on the screen.
    The app is always in the dock but has the open light underneath it and the EB options show in the top icon bar but no app opens on the screen!
    Ive even just updated EB from the top bar but still the app does not open on screen.
    Ive also done a 'Force close' but still no response.

    Hi, Ive sorted it so far.

    I deleted the app and then re-instaled from the app store.
    Luckily i use the online sync so now everything is back to normal.

    Oh, I lied.

    Now i have all my accounts back and everything is working except I cant restore my purchases to my iMac!
    So i click on 'restore purchases' and then get the Apple store sign in screen. I type my apple password, the screen closes and nothing happens! This happens over and over.
    The EB screen returns to 'restore purchases' again.

    Now its working but I cant use it because I've used my 100 transactions etc.

    Need help.

    There are two versions, one from Apple and one from our web-site. There are two ways of restoring purchases.

    Can you just check which version you have and get back to me?

    Ok, I see whats happening.

    Ive deleted my Apple version and installed directly from EBs site and then input my order number and email used.

    Everything is working now.

    Thankfully I still had my order email!!!

    Hi Gary,

    I'm glad! I was thinking it could be that. Don't worry if you lose the email though, you can just enter your email address in the restore box and leave the order number field blank. The system will just email you the order number if you don't have it.
