Pricing & Sync
Hi,
I am trying to purchase the $7.99 online sync option. However, inside of my app the only option is the $30.99 option and inside of my account online the only option is the yearly sync. How do I get the $7.99 price?
Also, I recently downloaded Easy Books to my iPad. However, after successfully logging in, I am kicked out and keep getting the message "login failed" this has also been happening when I log in online via the Mac app. Why is this happening? I want to make sure this will not be an issue if and when I purchase the online sync.

Hi Brittany,
The yearly option is a lot cheaper overall, but there is a monthly option available. To switch to this option, click the button in your sync account to purchase and on the next screen click "Make changes". You should then be able to change the plan to a monthly one on there.

Thanks! Do you know why the application on both of my applications accepts my password, logs me in, and then logs me out saying password failed a few seconds later?

This shouldn't happen once you've paid for the service, but if your account has already expired you will see this message on all your devices.
