    Thanks for the feedback!

If you need to print an invoice or report you can do that. So for example, if you wanted to print a list of all your transactions, use the Audit report. There's a report for a single account too.

Easy Books supports Apple's AirPrint system, but it also supports third party printing apps too. Here's a blog post I wrote about printing options in Easy Books:

Mathew, thanks for the input. I need to print from my MacBook Pro. I do not want to print from iPhone/iPad. I will run the EasyBooks app from my Macbook only. Need to print !! What suggestions ? Brian

    Hi Mathew,

Not sure if you got this reply.
I'm using (trial at this stage) on my MacBook only, not on iPhone or iPad. I need to be able to print all the data. I use an old HP PCS 1400. I don't have AirPrint or wireless printer. Just the old fashioned way !!
Any simple ideas you can recommend ??
I nearly downloaded Avatron but saw it was only for iPhone/iPad.

    Cheers
    Brian

    HI Brian,

Sorry, you didn't say whether you were using iOS or the Mac app so I assumed iOS as it's downloaded more often.

On the Mac there is a print option too. To print a report, click on the report (e.g. Profit & Loss). At the top right above the report you should see a button. If you're running OS X Lion you'll see a dedicated button for print and one for save. Under the newer Mountain Lion version you'll see Apple's new share button. Click this and choose Print from the popup menu. I've attached a screenshot for this one.

    All the best,
    Mathew

    Mathew, many thanks.
It works - I managed to print the report. However it only prints in reports. There is no print option for transactions or statements etc or all the other info i need to print. Can you fix this ? and offer print for anything/everything?? (PS I am on OSX MountainLion)
    Cheers
    Brian
