Stopped working and now cannot restore purchases
Earlier today my iPhone version of EasyBooks packed up. I couldn't open the programme at all, and in couldn't even get to the page where it asks for my PIN. It would just crash every single time. I tried restarting the phone but it made no difference.
From experience the only way out of this was to delete the app and re-download it which is what I did, and online sync restored my transactions. However I need to restore my purchases of unlimited transactions and invoicing, yet when I try to do so when I hit Restore it refuses to log me in to the Apple store, and the relevant buttons on Unlimited transactions and invoicing get changed to Discontinued.
Thankfully EasyBooks is working fine on my Mac, but this is very frustrating and worrying on my phone.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

After all that and a couple of hours of waiting suddenly everything started working as it should. Must just have been bad timing.
