Activating Add Ons

I have purchased the invoicing add on (via Mac App Store) and this shows as installed. However, the option is not shown in the navigation pane? I have tried re-installing the App and restoring the add ons but no change.

Help please?

   It will appear when you have added a customer to invoice.
