Device not showing purchases

Hi

One of the devices synced to my Business is not showing Purchases installed as on the other devices.
This was working ok until earlier today so what could have happened?

Cannot now enter transactions from this device or customer invoices, although it is still online syncing as usual and showing that subscription as active.

    Have you tried the "restore" button on the add-ons screen already? Come back to me if this hasn't worked.
