Hi there
Easy books looks like what I am looking for, but need to know a few things.
I don't have a need to sync my data with other devices, I will only be using it on my iPad, but obviously need to back up my data.
Can I do this as I back up to my PC through iTunes.
As I understand, I am going to need invoices as an add on.
What els do I need to pay yearly if I am not going to use the sync option?

   Hi Hilldidge,

   Firstly it's excellent that you're thinking about backups at this early stage. A few people have lost all their data after deleting the app to re-install, and have found out that when you delete an app all the app's data is deleted too.

   There are a few options for backup.

   • Online Sync makes "incremental" backups, sending each change to make to the server as you make it (or as soon as a network connection is available).
   • Backup manually by sending yourself the backup file by email. A hosted account such as GMail or Yahoo Mail work well for this.
   • Backup manually by sending the backup file to your Dropbox or Evernote account. See my blog post http://easybooksapp.com/blog/paperless where I mention it near the bottom.
