syncing with Ipad does not recognises I have the whole package (unlimted invoices)
I really need to resolve this this evening as I have downloaded the app on to my Ipad (usually use laptop and desk top) I have added and synced my main business but it is saying I don't have unlimited invoices and have reached my limit - I have paid for the full package and do not have a problem with this on my desktop or laptop. If I don't resolve this this eve I will have to take my laptop away with me which I really do not want to do. Please advise asap

Have you tried restoring your purchases?

If you want to enter data using the iPad, then you need to buy transactions, but you don't need to for just syncing and viewing.
Take a look at the pricing page

Hi Karen
I have bought the add on app now for the ipad. It is now saying I have to
purchase something else to be ale to send invoices even though I have
bought the full package for my laptop.. Can you confirm this is correct....
As I though I would be able to use on all devices from the original
package.
Julie

Yes, the invoicing for Mac and iOS are separate. You can send them from Mac, but if you want to send from iPad you need to buy this add-on.
