delete recurring transaction
when i delete a recurring transaction it only seems to delete one month, how can i remove it completely?

Hi Neale,
Yes, the delete is only for one entry at a time. The recurring transactions feature simply creates new entries as clones from the latest one, changing the date to match the new date once it becomes due. You cannot delete the whole batch automatically.

Mathew thank you for your prompt reply, one of the things i like about
quickbooks
so in my situation where i want to delete a recurring mortgage and
rental payment, is there no way of deleting it other than every month
as i reconcile?

You can stop the system from adding any more entries by just deleting the active one, that is, the latest one with the repeat period shown in the transaction edit screen.
