Transaction add on
I have bought the transaction add on for my ipad but I keep
getting a window saying I have reached my transaction limit, it
offers me to buy some more, which when I try to says I have already
bought this (which I have). I have tried restoring add ons as
suggested but still get the same message saying I have reached my
limit.
please help.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Please check you are using the same Apple ID that you bought it with.

I think it is and when I press the restore button I get a green tick appear and the transaction bundle says installed

We've not heard of this one before!
When it happens again and it asks you to buy, can you re-visit the add-on page and see if it still says 'installed' green tick?
