Transaction could not be saved

Hi, I am up to the 12 of march of which i have put my year accounts on easy books on mac Version 10.8.3, I am due to put my books into the account as our new year started on the 1st of April. I can not seem to add any more details as i keep getting Transaction could not be saved. I was half way through when this just popped up and that was as far as i could go. I am getting a little worried now as i am thinking i will have to start all over again, which will make my returns late, at this moment in time i am looking at a new package for my book keeping. Which is a shame as i find easy books really easy to use is there any way of just putting my last few days on as my VAT is due.

   Hi Leon,

   Do you currently use Online Syncing? I've seen the message "Transaction could not be saved" in relation to syncing but not anywhere else. If you are using the service I have a quick fix for you. If not, I'll have to think about it.

   Yes I do use on lone syncing if you do would be of great help to me.

   I think the quick fix for this is...

   1. Allow Easy Books to sync (to check use the Online Sync option from the side bar and wait until you see the message "Up to date").
      
   2. Turn off sync for the business.
      
   3. Turn sync back on and choose the option to "re-upload". This will send all the data from your Mac to the service.
      
   4. If you have other devices that also use the service, allow them to sync before making any more changes on them. They will download the new snapshot and use it to replace their own copies.

   This should get the problem sorted out quickly for you,
