Unlimited transactions
Last year i bought the "unlimited transactions" add-on for iOS.
Now i've reinstalled iOS in my iPhone, and before tapping "restore" in the add-ons section and entering my password, this add-on doesn't show up.
And yes, it's the same apple ID. iTunes receipt attached

I'm sorry we can't see any information about Apple transactions, Apple have asked us to pass this type of query to them.
If you try to re-purchase using the same Apple ID, you won't be charged again, but I recommend getting advice from them.
