PO Box rental

I rent a PO box from royal mail. Mail is diverted from the PO box to my home address. Which expense account should I put the annual charge for the PO box down to...
'Postage & Delivery costs' because it's a postal service ?
or
'Rent, Rates, Power & insurance' because the PO box is being rented from Royal Mail ?

    I'm really sorry but I can't answer accountancy questions, this forum is for app support.

    It's a shame but every business is different, and I'd be a busy woman indeed if I did accountancy support on this page!
