Customisation of Customer Invoicing fields

How can we customise the fields under Account Setting? The Customer Invoicing section section is not appropriate for our business, this info must be read in from a template somewhere. Can we alter the template (or will you provide an alternative one for us - quite simple)?

Can you explain what you mean in more detail, thank you.

All the invoice fields are editable using the field editor, but we can't change layout of the invoicing, we have kept it as simple as we can,

    Hi Karen

If we select Accounts/Customers then right-click on a customer to open the 'Account Settings' window, we have headings and boxes under the section headed customer invoicing.

We want to change the headings and the layout of that form, to look like a three column table. We can then fill that in - date, action, cost - per event. Obviously the invoice would look a mess, but as we do not use that it does not matter - the 'invoice' would in fact be a print out of the table.

We realise this is hard coded - we are referring to the fields and the labels in the field editor - but we are sure that the programmer could either make this editable or change it for us.

What I am seeking to achieve here is a log - if your invoice is due for payment today and it is not paid we text you and could keep a log here - entry 1: reminder - entry 2: pay me now - entry 3 final : £8 charge - entry 4: personal call : £30 charge - and so on..... All the info in one place, not separate entries in a diary, spreadsheet, whatever...

    Regards
    Chris

    I see what you mean.

I'm not sure what would be the best workaround, but have you thought of using the reference field on the customers statements? You could record the entry number there, in the reference field. Sadly, we haven't any time for adding this feature at present.

Thank you for your interest in the app, let me know if you find a way which will help you, sorry if this wasn't what you wanted to hear.
