Partial payment on invoice

I had a customer make a partial payment to go towards next month. How can I show it on invoice to send to them? It just marks it as being paid, but nothing showing how much.

    It sounds like you've used either the "Receive Payment" option or "Add a tick". These are suitable if your customer pays you in full.

    For partial payments, just add a transaction against the customer's account, linking it to your bank account (as Account 2). Set the amount they paid and date paid. You can see the amount you are owed by your customers on the Customers screen, see...
