Easy Books Sync
Hi,
I received an email on 18 May 2013 to say that my easy books syncing account had now expired and data would be stored online for a few more days. One if not two of my colleagues have recently purchased the easy books syncing for the same account. I want to find out what the arrangements are for easy books syncing. Does every computer using the same easy books account have to pay for syncing individually? Should it not just be one syncing service for all users?
Thank you
Sarah

Hi Sarah,
Syncing is per user, not per device. You should only purchase one subscription for your account.
On your other devices, you should just type in your username and password. Unfortunately before you tell the app who you are by signing in with your username, it can't prevent you from making more purchases via in-app purchasing.
The email will contain instructions about how to proceed. Normally you would just sign in to your sync account using a browser and click the button to make payment for the year.
