Why can't I create a second description for my second charge rate, for example I have a labour rate and a travel rate, but when I print my invoice it shows the same description for both rates, and my customers think I'm charging them twice!! At 2 different rates

I think this is because the description field is per entry. Here's some suggestions for you, and I'll leave it to you to decide if these are any help!
You could enter the time worked as a separate entry with the same date. This would mean you could use a second description and set the higher rate.
or
There is an undocumented feature that you might be able to use instead. This was added for someone using Time Tracker to invoice for equipment hire instead of hours worked, and it might work for you too. If you put quotes around the name of your rates (eg. "Standard" or "Out of hours"), the app will append the rate name to the invoice lines. This could show your customer why the rate is different, just pick the most appropriate text to use.
I hope that helps,
Mathew

Sorry, I was going to attach a PDF invoice as an example. This was produced using a combination of both the above suggestions. You could still tailor it to suit, removing the description lines, or the dates etc.
