Hi, it seems I can't back up the file and export to email, how to solve the issue?

It works fine for me. Do you have an email account set up on your iPhone? If not, it definitely won't work.

Have you had a look at http://www.easybooksapp.com/creating-businesses? You can add a new business, and also delete any example business you have created.
