Buying Add Ons

Having used up all my free transactions and now would like to buy transactions. using the Add on button in the AP I get an error message from the I tunes store that 'You Can't Purchase This Item with This Account. You must purchase the app that this item is for before you can purchase the item.' Obviously I already have the App and can't re purchase install from the I Store. I have set up an Account in the Easy Books site but this hasn't helped.

   Hi all,

   This is something that I've heard happens when you install the app using a different Apple ID than the one you're attempting to purchase add-ons with. The same Apple ID must be used as in the original install.

   If you've changed Apple ID, you might find it useful to do a backup of all your Easy Books data using the backup function in the app. Then delete the app from your device, and re-download it from the App Store. This time, use the Apple ID you want to use for in-app purchases. You can then restore from the backup file to bring all your data back into the app.

   You should find you can make purchases without a problem, and any add-ons you've installed with this Apple ID can be restored using the restore button on the add-ons screen.
