Can someone explain to me how to make the consolidation button
become active. I rune the P/L report and the data comes up fine,
the other 3 buttons are highlighted and active, but the
consolidtion button remaiins dimmed and inactive.
Please help!

What is the next P&L date for your business? This is in the business settings. You'll be able to consolidate once that date has passed.
