copy accounts between two devices

Hi Matthew

Firstly, well impressed with the functionality, simplicity of Easy Books - wish I'd found the suite earlier!

My question probably has an answer staring me in the face, but.......

I set up the accounts for a charity I am treasurer for on my iPad and would like to be able to access the data on my iPhone; I tried synching the iPad and then the iPhone through iTunes but did not get the info copied across. What should I do?

    Hi Graham,

    This is a good question and it depends on whether you want to keep the data in sync between the iPhone and iPad often, or just from time to time.

    You can manually transfer the data using the backup and restore feature (see http://easybooksapp.com/backup-and-restore)

    Or you can register for our Online Sync service, which keeps your devices in sync each time you make a change. There is a charge for using this service though, see https://sync.easybooksapp.com/user/register.
