Hi Pat
Sounds to me like you're putting the cart before the horse! The way it works for me is select the customer first, then add the time entry.
Open Time Tracker, tap the customer field then in the opening display click (+) to open Rate Card. The top field of this is customer, tap it and you should get a customer picker, tap to choose the required customer and save. This takes you back to a selected customers list, choose the required customer and it should show up as the customer in Time Tracker. Now you can add the time entry(s) for that particular customer, create sale and invoice in the usual manner.
If this is what you are already doing then you may have a problem, but if this differs from your workflow give it a try and see if you can get it to work.
Good luck
Al

Hi Pat
I tried to reply to this earlier but it went missing somewhere, presumably in the spam muncher?
Anyway, this is how I use Time Tracker. Open Time Tracker and you will see a field for Customer top right of your screen, press this and you will open a customer picker. If the customer you want isn't shown then click the (+) and you open up Rate Card. From here if you click the Customer field you should see all your Customer names, select the required one and Save. This takes you back to the previous list which should now have your Customer included, select it here and you go back to the Time Tracker with your Customer showing up in the Customer field.
Now you can add a time entry(s) to the time tracker and it will be assigned to your chosen Customer, you can create a sale and invoice in the usual manner.
Hope this works for you, and hope this post shows up!
Good luck
Al

I'll do a video for you if that helps. It takes a little while so I'll email you when it's ready.

Perhaps it did. If you want to try that, just delete the app from the device. You can re-download from the device's app store afterwards.
If you want to keep any data, make sure you make a backup first and email it to yourself for later.
