Close out year

How can I close out last years info so that my expenses for each category don't roll over to this year?

  1. Where do you find the "Consolidate" option? I only see the option to change the date, print/send to iTunes and comparison. There is a folder icon but I can't access it.

  2. I expect your year end date has not yet passed then. Could you check the date in business settings?

  3. I must have set it for next year or it changed with the date. I changed it back and now the icon is available. Thank you for your quick responses and help.
