VAT Return
Hi
I have just completed my Q4 VAT return. The report generated is showing "Previous sales adjustment" of £0 on sales of £0. Neither figure is correct. This is the 1st time this has happened. The previous quarter is showing the correct adjustment and sales figures.
Also, the "Previous sales VAT adjustment" is showing £0.
Please help.
Regards,
Phil

Hi Phil,
Did you file the previous period(s) using the "File return" option in the report? If you didn't it could explain why these values are zero.

I’m not sure. Can I refile it as below?

If you didn't use that option in Easy Books, it explains why the values are zero, as the amounts are only updated when you finalise that VAT period using the File Return option.

OK, I understand that now. Can I now undo my previous return and then use the File Return option?

Yes, you can undo everything in Easy Books if you need to.
