Hello, I am trying to purchase additional transactions as I have reached my limit. However when I try to follow the link to pay, it says that I need to purchase the app that this is for first... I have been using easy books for 2 months now... Can you please assist in how I upgrade so I can enter my purchases... Thank you,

Angie

I am also trying to buy the Transactions Add-on, but the button greyed-out and says Unavailable. What gives?

It should be simple to upgrade, see http://www.easybooksapp.com/add-ons

If the button is unavailable, it means the iPhone/iPad does not have a connection to the App store. Other problems can be that you downloaded the app using one Apple ID, and attempt an in-app purchase using a different one.

    I hope that helps,
    Mathew

Thanks for your response, I had in-app purchasing disabled. Once I enabled it I purchased it fine.

    Thanks!
