Hello

There are 3 of us who want to access a business file ... as I am understanding it, we each need to download easybooks, then the transactions add on and then each subscribe to synch if we want to share and make changes to the accounts? Is this correct? So the cost is £20.99 each to start then another £20.99 each every 6 months?

If three of you use different Apple IDs, then you'll each need to purchase a copy, yes.

For the syncing, you can each pay for syncing for six months and share the business with each other, but I don't have a problem if you want to just register and pay for one account. Obviously you'll then each have full access to any other businesses or personal accounts you upload (just a heads up).

In the future I hope to be able to offer this service as a one-off fee instead of a six-monthly one, but at the moment we manage all the servers and the monthly costs are high. My eventual aim will be to migrate to iCloud or Dropbox. However, iCloud currently does not allow sharing of data between users so I am watching for any changes there first.
