Syncing
Hello, I am trying to sync the iPhone with the iPad I bought today. I downloaded the app for syncing but I don't have the password. When I tried to reset the password it said there is no user with that email. I am using easy books since April so how can it be? My email is [email blocked]

no pass code has been sent to me, only the receipt for purchasing the application. It is getting very frustrating. I could use some help here.

Sorry, it's true, there is no user with the email you gave me.
Might you have registered under a different email address? Can you remember your username in the system? Or do you still have the registration email you received? I'll try to find your account for you.

Hi Craig,
Thanks. I misunderstood. I thought you were asking about our Online Sync service, but I see from the invoice you're talking about the "Transactions" add-on. The Sync service is available as an optional extra if you want it. It can keep your iPhone and iPad data in-sync by merging changes you make on either device to the other. It also provides some peace of mind because you'll always have an extra backup online if you needed it.
If this is not on your iPad, you just restore your purchases using the restore button. See http://www.easybooksapp.com/add-ons.

Okay, then the next question is did you register for a syncing account? If you did, you'll have received a reply from the system with an attached file. Could you let me know the username please?
Alternatively, if you deleted the email can you tell me whether you already uploaded a business from your iPhone? Perhaps I can track you down that way if you tell me the name of it.
If you didn't register, you can do it now at https://sync.easybooksapp.com. You'll receive an email, which I recommend you read on the iPhone first. Then you can set the password more easily because you can just tap on the attachment and open it in Easy Books. You can then upload your business, read the same email on your iPad and use the attachment to set the password for you. Then you should be able to add a new business and choose your online copy. Make sure the business does not already exist on the iPad though, because if it does, you won't see it listed as an option for download.

Thanks, I see you've just registered. The purchase receipt for Online Sync was uploaded from your phone and I show the next expiry date as 6 August.
