Hello, I have already purchased this App, but it's telling me that my transaction limit has been reached and I need to buy the App. Can you check on this?

    Hi Ingrid,

If you have re-installed the app, or installed it on another device you can easily restore your purchases using the Restore button on the extras screen.

See if that works and let me know how you get on please.

    Mathew

Hello, I didn't reinstall the app., but I did do the free trial first, then purchase. Would that cause an issue?

Are you certain you purchased the Transactions add-on then? You should have a receipt from Apple for the in-app purchase.

Hello, yes, I'm sure that I purchased it. I don't save my itunes receipts. I used the free version until I was at the truncations limit. Then I madenthe purchase so that I could continue with more transactions. That was at the end of March.

The restore button will restore any in-app purchases you made. But check you have signed in to the same iTunes account on the iPad. You can check by signing out on the device (using the main device settings, then find store and sign out).

Next time you start Easy Books, go to the Extras (or Add-ons) screen and tap Restore. You should be asked for your iTunes username and password. Use the same one you used when purchasing the Transactions extra and it will be restored.

If you want to look at your past purchase history, you can use iTunes on your computer. Click on the iTunes store, then click your username at the top right of the screen (shown in the screenshot). Click Account to view your account panel, then click on Purchase history.

This comment was split into a new discussion: Payees

Hello, I have just realized that I might not have set up my Payees correctly, since I am not able to get a report for total payments to date for each payee in the bank accounts. Can you help me with this? The most important account right now is Contract Labor.
