Purchased add on

Hey I wanted to purchase easy book transactions and accidentally got invoicing also. Can I get a credit to my I tunes account I only wanted the transaction for 29.99 I was charged for both please help. I love using easy books thanks

   Thanks for the kind comments. While I can't help with refunds from here as the developer, I'm sure Apple will be able to do this for you. I think the emailed receipt you get from Apple shows the items you've purchased, and there should be a "report a problem" link I think. One of the options might be that you purchased in error, but if not, there should be a way to talk to a human somewhere!

   If you don't have any luck please come back to me, I can sort out something like free use of the Online Sync service or any of the add-ons in the Mac version of the app for you. I just can't access any of Apple's sales information that's all.
