Paid for the upgrade, which was deleted by apply update.
I downloaded this app for my iPad a couple months ago, completed all my accounts after paying for the extended version which was £18... Apple then had an update which I applied to the iPad, since then all my accounts are gone and I now don't have the extended version of this app... What can I do?

Have you tried the restore button in the add-ons screen?

Thank you for the help... we are fine with the fact that all of the
work is gone, for some reason the work was not backed up on the
computer before the apple update applied.
But still for some reason Easy Books won't pick up on the fact that
the app was purchased late last year.
Regards
Josh

Did you make the purchase using a different Apple ID perhaps? Check your emails from Apple (iTunes Store [email blocked]), they send a receipt for each purchase and it should say which Apple ID you used to purchase at the top of your address.
You can also find out your past purchase history from iTunes by clicking on Account from the top-right of the iTunes window.

Do you have in-app purchasing enabled on the device? You can also check that the network connection works by trying to view the App Store app. I don't have any other ideas, but I've heard that disabling in-app purchasing can be a cause.
I hope you get it sorted out.
