Hi.
I love this App. I never imagined it could be so much fun 'doing my books'. My most hated activity is now my favourite one, thanks to your wonderful and very accessible and easy App.
To me there is only one thing missing that I would very much like to see on your next update : a facility which allows you to photograph your receipts and invoices - I like the idea of being able to 'staple' on to the App all the paper-work, but without the paper!
I know some Accounting Apps have it. Is this something you are thinking about?
Thanks a lot. I will leave a great review.

    Hi Mandi,

This is a feature in the iPhone app already, but it may not be switched on in your "Add-ons" screen.

I don't normally recommend this feature, although I know some people do like it a lot. Instead (personally, you understand) I prefer to use Evernote to keep all my receipts online and backed up. Note that the photos in Easy Books are not backed up when you back up your data; only the financial data is included in the backup file to keep the file size at a sensible level.

If you choose to use the feature, you may find it's best to make use of the Apple Photo Stream so your photos are still backed up and stored online.

    All the best,
    Mathew

Sorry, me again. Thanks again for the reply and I have done what you said and taken photos of my receipts in Photo-stream but how can I get the photograph facility switched on in my add-ons screen in Easybooks? Because when I looked at all the add-ons in the Easybook App, there is no option to take or save photographs, and I would like to have that option, even though I have already secured my photos in photo-stream.
    Thanks.

Have you turned on the add-on, 'attach photos'?

How do I access that particular 'attach photos' add on? Where is it? When I click on 'Add ons' in the App, a column appears on the right, with various options, two of which I have paid for, such as Online Syncing etc. but there isn't an 'attach photos' option. Where should I be looking for this?
    Thanks.

This only works on the iPhone, it is under the add-on heading. Possibly you are using an iPad?

Hi Guys, It works on the iPad as well without any issues. You get a much better view on the iPad if the photos are scanned in and stored in the upload folder of your Photo Stream (on your PC).

    Hope it helps.

It would be fantastic if the sync feature did synch the file name of the photo in use so that the streamed photos appear on all devices without having to add again.. and again.. and again... The photo is on the stream already and shows up on all devices and I am sure if the file name was synched it would be picked up on all devices automatically as well. Currently needs to be added manually on al devices.

    Great work!

    :)
