Why don't I receive password reset emails?
Sometimes people get in touch to ask why they're not receiving certain emails from Easy Books, usually password resets.
Our first thought was maybe they were filtered as Spam, but people have checked and they don't exist in any of the mail folders.
But everyone had one thing in common. They all used a Microsoft email domain, such as Hotmail, Live or MSN.
For some reason, Microsoft have split everyone's inbox into two!
You might find quite a few emails in your "Other" inbox!
